I started this blog for a bit of fun, and to challenge myself to keep track of my progress in cooking and baking. I started working in the kitchen about two years ago, with almost zero experience. Over the last two years, I’ve given tons of new and exciting recipes a try. Some were disasterous, some were miraculous, and to this day I am still learning and living through food.
